The workers immediately informed the forest department officials about the sighting. A team of wildlife rescuers, Prasanna Kumar, E. Manjunath, and Rizwan Khan, quickly arrived at the location. The team carefully handled the situation and successfully rescued the python without causing harm to either the snake or the workers.
After the rescue, the snake was safely relocated and released into a nearby forest area, ensuring it returned to its natural environment. The Indian Rock Python, a non-venomous species, often wanders into human areas in search of food or shelter, especially near green zones and construction areas.
