BMRCL staff, along with police and paramedical teams, cleared the body from the track after completing necessary procedures. The metro coach involved in the incident was later removed from the spot once authorities completed on-ground checks.
However, services have not yet been restored. Trains are still running only up to Mysuru Road, and the full stretch towards Kengeri, Jnana Bharathi, and Challaghatta remains closed.
BMRCL stated that preparations are underway to restore services, but no confirmation has been given on when the operations will resume. Commuters continue to face significant inconvenience as the suspension persists.
