Top experts to deliberate on EV adoption, air pollution reduction, traffic management, and affordable green mobility at Karnataka’s largest EV expo in Bengaluru
A major conclave on sustainable driving and electric mobility is set to take place today at EVReady 2026, Karnataka’s largest electric vehicle expo, being held at Tripura Vasini, Palace Grounds, Bengaluru, from February 21 to 23. The conclave aims to highlight how electric vehicles can play a key role in shaping a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable Bengaluru.
The central theme of today’s discussion is “Sustainable Driving in Bengaluru - EVs for a Cleaner City.” The session will bring together leading experts from the fields of sustainability, transportation systems, urban mobility, and environmental advocacy to deliberate on practical solutions for the city’s growing air pollution and traffic congestion challenges.
The panel of speakers includes Gayathri Reddy, Founder of KREATE Foundation and NOW Venture Studio, who is widely known for her work in social innovation and sustainable development. Also joining the panel is Chandra Nataraja, Co-founder and CEO of XTraffic, an expert in intelligent transportation systems and urban mobility solutions. Radha Chanchani, Senior Project Manager for Sustainable Cities Transport at WRI India, will provide insights into sustainable urban transport strategies and policy-driven mobility solutions.

The session will be moderated by Prakash Belawadi, a renowned actor, director, and social activist, who will guide the discussion and facilitate meaningful dialogue among the experts.
The conclave will focus on three major areas: the role of electric vehicles in achieving nearly 40 percent reduction in air pollution, the importance of green mobility solutions to address Bengaluru’s growing traffic congestion, and strategies to make the transition to electric vehicles more accessible and affordable for the common public.
Experts will highlight how widespread EV adoption can significantly cut harmful emissions, improve air quality, and contribute to long-term environmental sustainability. They will also explore how technology-driven traffic management and clean mobility solutions can ease congestion on Bengaluru’s busy roads while enhancing daily commuting efficiency.
The discussion will further examine financial models, policy support, infrastructure development, and consumer awareness initiatives needed to make electric mobility a practical choice for all sections of society.
