The report, issued today, has shaken her family, particularly her father, Munireddy, who expressed deep sorrow over the loss.

Dr. Krithika, a bright and accomplished individual, was known for her excellence in academics, having topped her 10th, PUC, MBBS, and MD courses, and earned the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi Fellowship. At just 28 years old, she had already made significant strides in her medical career and was about to open her own clinic.

In an emotional response to the heartbreaking revelation, Munireddy, unable to cope with the loss of his daughter, made a symbolic gesture by donating her home to the ISKCON temple. "After losing Kritika, neither I, my wife, nor my eldest daughter can live happily," he shared. "She was so brilliant and hardworking. There were no signs of illness, only lies surrounding her death."

Munireddy also expressed how his daughter never spoke ill of her husband, despite the circumstances. The family’s grief continues as they seek justice for Dr. Krithika’s untimely and tragic end.
