Seven centers will conduct sessions

While training was previously provided only to in-house drivers, the Traffic Management Center at Vaddarahalli is now extending this program to outsourced electric bus drivers. A total of seven centers will conduct sessions, focusing on key areas such as driving techniques, stress management, and safe driving habits.

The rise in accidents, mainly due to overspeed and negligence, has highlighted the urgent need for action. BMTC officials are determined to curb the reckless behavior of electric bus drivers and ensure the safety of passengers and pedestrians alike.
