Electricity supply will be disrupted for six hours in areas under the Prestige Falcon City substation as KPTCL takes up urgent maintenance work.
Residents in several parts of Bengaluru will face a power outage on Monday as the Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL) undertakes emergency maintenance work.
According to officials, electricity supply will be interrupted from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm in areas coming under the Prestige Falcon City substation. The shutdown is being carried out to facilitate urgent maintenance and ensure system reliability.

Localities expected to be affected include Forum Mall, Prestige Falcon City Apartments, Doddakallasandra, Kanakapura Main Road, and Narayan Nagar 3rd Block. Power supply will also remain disrupted in Muni Reddy Layout, areas surrounding Kumarans School, Jyothi Layout, Gangapatipura, Supraja Nagar, and regions near JSS School.
Further, electricity will not be available in and around Konanakunte Government School, Jaraganahalli Park, Gangadhareshwara Temple, Basavaraju Layout, and Shanthi Saw Mill. Other affected locations include Rajiv Gandhi Road, Sarakki Lake, Sarakki Signal, Nagajuna Premier Apartment, Chunchaghatta Village, Srinidhi Layout, and surrounding residential pockets.
KPTCL has advised residents and commercial establishments in these areas to plan their activities accordingly during the outage period. Power supply is expected to be restored immediately after the completion of maintenance work.
