The World AI Summit 2025 is set to commence tomorrow in Bengaluru, drawing more than 150 global speakers and over 1000 key stakeholders, including AI experts, policymakers, innovators, and industry leaders.

The event is spearheaded by Dr. Ekroop Caur, IAS, Secretary of the Department of Electronics, Information Technology, Biotechnology, and Science & Technology, Government of Karnataka, who serves as the Programme Mentor. Priyank Kharge, Hon’ble Minister of Electronics, IT & Biotechnology, and Rural Development & Panchayat Raj, Government of Karnataka, will be the Chief Guest for the summit.

Theme of the summit

The central theme of the summit, “AI for All: Powering India’s Inclusive and Responsible AI Future,” envisions a future where Artificial Intelligence is accessible, ethical, and beneficial to all. This theme emphasizes the development of AI solutions that foster innovation, economic growth, inclusivity, and responsible usage, while ensuring that AI serves societal needs. It reflects India’s dedication to harnessing AI for the betterment of citizens, businesses, and government, with an aim to solve real-world challenges through technology.

Over the course of two days, the summit will feature keynote addresses, panel discussions, workshops, fireside chats, and the prestigious World AI Awards. It will also showcase the launch of a special edition of eGOV Magazine, which will spotlight groundbreaking AI initiatives in India, shedding light on the country's rapidly advancing AI ecosystem.
