Channapatna: Man loses Rs 1 lakh while being distracted in collecting Rs 10

    Man was returning to his bike after drawing cash from the ATM

    An individual told him that he dropped a 10-rupee note

    Another individual grabbed his bag containing the cash

An intriguing incident occurred outside a Canara Bank in Channapatna. Raghavendra, hailing from the Mangalavarapeti area in the city, visited a Canara Bank ATM to withdraw cash. After having withdrawn the cash, he returned to his two-wheeler. At this point of time, an individual informed him that he had dropped a 10-rupee note. Raghavendra looked around for the note and was confused at not having found it.  At this opportune moment, another individual collected a bag from Raghavendra’s bike containing the cash. A woman later attempted to alert Raghavendra but he was lost in the process of recovering the Rs 10 note. This incident was captured in a CCTV camera. However, no case has been filed with regard to this incident.
