Bollywood’s beloved couple, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, have been blessed with a baby girl, coinciding with the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. The joyous news came shortly after the couple was spotted at Mumbai’s renowned Siddhivinayak Temple, seeking blessings just a day before Deepika went into labor.

The birth of their daughter marks a significant milestone in the couple’s journey, following their highly anticipated announcement in February 2024 that they were expecting their first child. Deepika, who was in her second trimester at the time, expressed her excitement for this new chapter, with the couple revealing the baby was due in September.

Both mother and daughter are reported to be in good health, and the family is overjoyed at the arrival of their “little princess.” Fans, who have followed the couple since their fairy-tale wedding in 2018, were quick to send their congratulations.

As they embrace parenthood, Deepika and Ranveer are also settling into their new sea-facing apartment in Bandra, which is in close proximity to Shah Rukh Khan’s residence. On the work front, the couple is set to return to the big screen in Singham Again, slated for release in November.
