Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who had taken several vows leading to the grand function, took part in the event, with other dignitaries like Mohan Bhagwat, RSS Chief and Yogi Adityanath, UP Chief Minister, in attendance.

The event took place in the most auspicious time of 84 seconds, even as the entire globe watched it in reverence and awe!

It would certainly not be an exaggeration to state that the idol of Ram Lalla looks extremely beautiful and is sure to leave several transfixed.

Earlier, Modi arrived at the Ayodhya airport and then landed at the Ayodhya town in a helicopter.

The fight from Ram Mandir

With the inauguration of the Ram Mandir, a 500-year wait period has finally ended. It was in 2019 that the Supreme Court awarded the disputed land in favour of Hindus. The foundation stone was laid in 2020 and now, the temple finally sees the light of day.

As many as 8000 visitors have been invited for the grand event. The public will get to see the magnificent idol starting tomorrow.
