Amid the ongoing divorce battle with actor Vijay, his wife Sangeetha has filed a fresh petition seeking legal protection to stay in his Neelankarai residence and requesting financial support until the case is resolved.
The legal battle between Tamil actor Vijay and his wife Sangeetha has taken a new turn, with Sangeetha approaching the court once again by filing a fresh petition related to their ongoing divorce case.
In the petition submitted to the court, Sangeetha has requested legal protection to continue living in her husband’s residence until the divorce case is fully resolved.
Sangeetha had already filed a divorce petition seeking separation from actor Vijay. Now, during the course of the legal proceedings, she has moved the court again with additional requests.
Her latest application asks the court to issue an interim order allowing her to stay in her husband’s house until the divorce case is decided.
She has also sought legal protection to ensure that she is not forced to leave the house during the ongoing legal dispute.
In her petition, Sangeetha has specifically asked the court to grant her the right to reside in Vijay’s house located in Neelankarai.
According to the application, she fears that she may not be allowed to continue living in the house during the legal proceedings, which is why she has sought immediate court protection.
Sangeetha also stated that she does not have a personal residence in India, which is one of the main reasons she has approached the court seeking residential protection.
She has reportedly alleged that Vijay may not allow her to stay in his house, which could leave her without accommodation in India while the legal process continues.
In the petition submitted before the court, Sangeetha has placed two main demands.
Demand 1: She has requested that suitable maintenance (financial support) should be provided to her during the legal proceedings.
Demand 2: She has also asked the court to ensure proper residential arrangements and grant her the right to stay in the house.

Sangeetha has requested the court to grant interim relief until the divorce case is fully settled. Her plea seeks immediate protection so that she can continue staying in the residence and receive financial support during the legal battle.
The case has gained more attention recently after Vijay was seen appearing in public with actress Trisha, which has added to the ongoing discussion surrounding the couple’s relationship.
Following these developments, Sangeetha has once again approached the court, intensifying the legal fight between the couple.
For now, the court will examine her petition seeking residential protection and maintenance, while the larger divorce proceedings between Vijay and Sangeetha continue.
