Bengaluru witnessed a tragic incident late Sunday night as television actress Nandini, known for her roles in Kannada and Tamil serials, was found dead in a paying guest accommodation in Mylasandra under the Kengeri police station limits. Authorities confirmed that the 32mortem examination. Following the procedure, the remains were handed over to her family, who will take them to her native village in Kotturu, Bellary district, for the final rites.

Police sources revealed that Nandini left behind a death note, in which she apologized to her mother. Preliminary investigations suggest that she had been struggling with personal issues, including health concerns and family pressures. Nandini was the only child of her parents. Her father, a government school teacher, passed away three years ago. After his death, she was offered a government job on compassionate grounds. However, reports indicate she was reluctant to take up teaching, despite family insistence.

Friends and acquaintances said Nandini had recently stepped away from the Tamil television industry. Police are also probing claims that a failed love affair may have contributed to her distress.

A case of unnatural death has been registered at Kengeri police station, and further investigation is underway.

The incident has shocked the entertainment community, with colleagues expressing grief over the loss of a young actress who had shown promise in both Kannada and Tamil serials. Her untimely death highlights the mounting pressures faced by many in the industry, where personal struggles often remain hidden behind the screen.
