The makers of Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups have revealed Nayanthara’s first look from the film, presenting her in a bold and commanding avatar as the character Ganga.
The first look of actor Nayanthara from the much-awaited film Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups has been officially unveiled by the makers, creating strong buzz among fans and film circles. The actress, who plays a key role in the film headlined by Yash, will be seen portraying a character named Ganga.
Released on Wednesday, the poster showcases Nayanthara in a powerful and intense avatar. In the image, she is seen holding a gun and standing at what appears to be the entrance of a grand casino. Her stern expression and commanding posture hint at a fearless and influential character, suggesting that Ganga will be central to the film’s narrative.

Toxic is directed by acclaimed filmmaker Geetu Mohandas and features Yash in the lead role. The film is positioned as a stylised, mature drama and has already drawn attention for its unique title and ensemble cast.
The makers have been gradually revealing character posters from the film. Earlier, Kiara Advani’s look as Nadia was released, followed by Huma Qureshi being introduced as Elizabeth. With Nayanthara’s first look now out, the film’s strong female-led characters have become a major talking point.
Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups is scheduled for a theatrical release on March 19, 2026. The film will hit screens alongside Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar 2, setting up a major box office clash.
