Big-budget gangster drama to now hit theatres on June 4 instead of March 19
The much-awaited film Toxic has been postponed, with the makers officially announcing a new worldwide release date of June 4. The film was originally scheduled to release on March 19, but the date has now been pushed forward due to the ongoing Israel-Iran war situation.
Lead actor Yash and the Toxic team shared an official post confirming the change in release plans. According to the statement, the global situation caused by the war has impacted the release schedule, leading to the decision to delay the film’s launch.
Titled Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups, the upcoming Indian period gangster film is directed by Geetu Mohandas. The film features Yash in a dual role and boasts a star-studded cast including Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria and Rukmini Vasanth.
The film is jointly produced by Venkat K. Narayana and Yash under their respective production banners, KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations.

Composed by Vishal Mishra and written by lyricist Yogaraj Bhat, Tabaahi blends soulful music with expressive visuals. The track highlights romance layered with vulnerability, longing and quiet emotional intensity between the lead pair.
