Almond or badam milk
To prepare kesar badam milk, you need almonds, saffron, milk, and honey. Soak a handful of almonds overnight. Peel them in the morning and blend with a cup of milk until smooth. Add a pinch of saffron soaked in warm milk for flavour and colour. Sweeten with honey to taste. Serve chilled.
Turmeric milk

Take 1 cup pearl barley, 7-8 cups of water, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon honey (optional), cinnamon stick, root ginger. Boil the water along with the barley with a cinnamon stick and ginger. Let the pot simmer for at least 30 minutes and then let the water cook. Strain the concoction. Then you can mix lemon juice and honey (optional) for flavour.

Watermelon mint cooler
Watermelon cubes, mint leaves, lime juice, black salt, sugar and ice cubes are required to prepare this. Blend watermelon cubes with mint leaves and lime juice until smooth. Strain to remove pulp.
