Abu Dhabi was the center of Bollywood glamour as the 2024 International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards unfolded in a grand ceremony. Held over three days, the star-studded event saw some of the industry’s biggest names, including Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerji, Hema Malini, Rekha, Anil Kapoor, and Kriti Sanon, grace the red carpet.

Shah Rukh Khan took center stage, not only hosting the event but also delighting fans with a vibrant performance of his hit song “Jhoome Jo Pathaan.” He was joined by Vicky Kaushal and Karan Johar, making the night even more electrifying.

As the excitement mounted, the spotlight shifted to the much-anticipated awards. Rani Mukerji won Best Actress for her role in Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway, while Shah Rukh Khan was named Best Actor for Jawan. The film Animal emerged as the big winner of the night, sweeping multiple awards, including Best Picture and Best Supporting Actor for Anil Kapoor.

The full winners’ list also included Bobby Deol for Best Performance in a Negative Role and Shabana Azmi for Best Supporting Actress in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.

The IIFA 2024 celebration will conclude on September 29 with a grand musical performance at IIFA Rocks, featuring Honey Singh, Shilpa Rao, and Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.
