Ankita secured 625 out of 625 marks in the exam

Udupi featured as district with highest pass percentage

May 9th is significant for students who gave their Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) exam across Karnataka and their parents. The results for the exam have been announced. Ankita Basappa from the Bagalkote district has been declared as the topper after having secured 625 out of 625 marks in the exam. 7 students were tied  for the second rank in the exam.

The results were announced at 10:30 AM. The exams were conducted between 25th March and April 6th. 8.69 lakh students across Karnataka attempted the exam. 4,41,910 male students and 4,28,058 female students put their knowledge and skills on display on this occasion. 6,31,204 students passed the exam. This indicates that the pass percentage is 72. 2,87,416 male students passed the exam. This indicates a pass percentage of  65.9 among male students. 3,43,788 female students passed the exam. This indicates a pass percentage of 81.11. Udupi featured as the district with the highest pass percentage across Karnataka with 94% of the students having passed. Yadgir had the lowest pass percentage with 50.59% of students having managed to pass. Students can check their result at https://karresults.nic.in.
