Geetha wil be contesting from the Indian National Congress

Geetha will contest from the Shivamogga constituency

Geetha also appreciated Madhu Bangarappa for his comittment as MLA

Geetha Shivarajkumar would be the contestant from the Indian National Congress (INC) from the Shivamogga constituency in the 2024 Lok Sabha Election. Geetha has affirmed that she is confident about securing victory. “It is not about preparations for the election. I have contested from this constituency earlier as well. However, I had lost owing to certain reasons. Shivamogga is not new to me. I have been going to Shivamogga from the beginning. I know everyone. This is not new to me. I have a feeling that I’ll win,” she said. 

She also stated that the works of Madhu Bangarappa who has been elected as a Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) from INC from Shivamogga have been commendable. Madhu Bangarappa is the brother of Geetha. “He never hesitates from doing work. I have built a house in Shivamogga. Overall, there are 2 houses. Discussions regarding who would be campaigning for me for the election are yet to take place, Shiva Rajkumar will be by my side,” Geetha stated. Sandalwood actor Shiva Rajkumar who is the husband of Geetha affirmed that he would be assisting Geetha whenever she is in need of it.
