Similarly, Nandini holds the mantle of official sponsor for the Ireland cricket team, set to participate in the T20 World Cup, slated to be held in the West Indies and the United States of America.
Addressing the media, KMF managing director MK Jagadish expressed enthusiasm about sponsoring both the Ireland and Scotland cricket teams, affirming that their brand would be prominently showcased during the matches.
However, former Infosys CFO TV Mohandas Pai has criticized KMF’s decision, questioning the rationale behind sponsoring the Scotland and Ireland cricket teams using Nandini Dairy. Pai urged for the allocation of sponsorship funds towards supporting Karnataka’s sportspeople, artists, and the Karnataka Ranji team instead.
