The Karnataka Media Academy has unveiled a three-day residential training program for journalists under the Infosys Springboard CSR initiative. The training, which will take place across various Infosys campuses, aims to equip media professionals with skills in digital media, artificial intelligence, and soft skills development.

Applicants must have a minimum of five years’ experience in journalism and be currently employed with media organizations recognized by the Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR). Preference will be given to those nominated by editors from state-level newspapers and satellite TV channels.

This year’s program will include three separate batches, one of which is exclusively designed for women journalists as part of the Gender Budget scheme. In addition to training, participants will be eligible for travel allowances.
To apply, candidates need to submit a set of documents, including a certification from their editor, proof of age and experience, and details of their media house’s empanelment with the DIPR. Applications must be submitted via the Google form for the Karnataka Media Academy - Infosys Springboard initiative by September 26, 2025.
