Cleanse, tone & moisturize daily; sunscreen by day, oils at night. Rice flour-honey pack adds glow in 10 days
With temperatures dipping, skin often turns dry and scaly. Here are simple home remedies to keep your skin babysoft, even through the harsh winter months.
Daily Routine
• Cleanse twice a day with mild cleanser (gram flour + milk works well).
• Apply toner: rose water or cucumber juice (3–4 drops).
• Moisturize: gelbased for oily skin, creambased for dry skin.
• Sunscreen is a must during the day.
Night Care
• Cleanse and moisturize again.
• For dry skin: add 2 drops coconut oil + 2 drops almond oil.
• Follow this for 10 days.
Face Pack during this 10 day regime (4 times in 10 days)
• Mix 1 tsp rice flour + 1 tsp honey + milk.
• Apply for 10–15 minutes.
• Dab water and scrub gently for smooth, radiant skin.
Doing it once in a while may not help, anything done with proper consistency helps.
