With temperatures dipping, skin often turns dry and scaly. Here are simple home remedies to keep your skin babysoft, even through the harsh winter months.

Daily Routine

            Cleanse twice a day with mild cleanser (gram flour + milk works well).

            Apply toner: rose water or cucumber juice (3–4 drops).

            Moisturize: gelbased for oily skin, creambased for dry skin.

            Sunscreen is a must during the day.

Night Care

            Cleanse and moisturize again.

            For dry skin: add 2 drops coconut oil + 2 drops almond oil.

            Follow this for 10 days.

Face Pack during this 10 day regime (4 times in 10 days)

            Mix 1 tsp rice flour + 1 tsp honey + milk.

            Apply for 10–15 minutes.

            Dab water and scrub gently for smooth, radiant skin.
