Our opponent is Siddaramaiah not Congress: Hegde
Siddaramaiah and Congress cannot be separated from each other: Pradeep Eshwar
We are ready for the challenge: Pradeep Eshwar
The political battle surrounding the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha has intensified in Karnataka. Former Union Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Anantkumar Hegde’s comments have received widespread condemnation from Indian National Congress leaders across the state. “Our opponent is Siddaramaiah not Congress. It is the corrupted mindset which has sold itself out to the minority vote bank is what upsets us. It is not a political rivalry. Wins and losses are an integral part of democracy. But that mindset is anti-Hindu. He stated that he would not go to the Ram Janmabhoomi even if he gets an invitation. I would like to tell him that whether or not he attends, the construction of Ram Janmabhoomi will not stop,” Anantkumar had earlier said.
INC MLA Pradeep Eshwar has hit back at Anantkumar Hegde over his comments. He condemned his tone towards a politician with more than 40 years of political experience. “In the context of Karnataka, Siddaramaiah and Congress cannot be separated from each other. If Siddaramaiah is your target, you are our target. We are also Hindus. We adore Lord Ram. Ram is not your father’s property. We can also talk aggressively. We are ready for the challenge,” he expressed.
