Nikhil directed well wishers to spend on noble causes
January 22nd is the birthday of actor-cum-politician Nikhil Kumaraswamy. He has stated that birthday celebrations with his fans will not materialise for the year 2024. This is a deviation from his standard practice of celebrating the birthday with party workers of the Janata Dal (Secular) (JD(S)) and loyalists. But Nikhil Kumarswamy has himself stated that the plans have been put off this time around.
He shared an update regarding this on the social media website Instagram. “It will not be possible to meet you all on January 22nd. I ask for your forgiveness over the same. I will be participating in the Ram Mandir inauguration in Ayodhya. If you convey your good wishes from your very places of residence, that itself will fill me with,” he stated.

He also placed a request among his well wishers to not spend extravagantly to commemorate the occasion. He directed them to spend on noble causes instead. He also promised to meet up with them as soon as possible.
