Google looks to bring capabilities of the Blackwell GPU to Cloud customers

The CEO of Nvidia Jensen Huang is keen on making the best use of developments in the domain of Artificial Intelligence. The Blackwell GPU architecture that uses a Nvidia chip consisting of 208 billion transistors is expected to improve efficiency by 95%. “This computer here will replace thousands of general-purpose computers. This is the part that’s incredible. In fact, what’s amazing is that the cables connecting last generation general purpose computers, the cables connecting them, cost more than the price of one of these computers. Now the software can write. The computer can write its own software. And we call that artificial intelligence,” Jensen said in an interview with CNBC.
