Nawaz Sharif would return to Pakistan after 4 years in October

    Election is due in Pakistan

He addressed PML-N ticket holders in an online meeting

Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif lashed out at the ruling dispensation of Pakistan in the lead up to the election which is scheduled in the country after a premature dissolution by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on August 10th. He addressed Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) ticket holders through an online meeting from London. He is set to return to Pakistan in October to lead the election campaign of the party after a period of 4 years.

“Today Pakistan’s prime minister goes country to country to beg for funds while India has reached the moon and is holding G20 meetings. Why Pakistan couldn’t achieve the feats India did. Who is responsible for this here?” he said in the meeting.

“When Atal Bihari Vajpayee became the prime minister of India, it had only a billion dollars in kitty but now India’s foreign exchange reserves have risen up to $600 billion,” he added.

He hinted at a political conspiracy planned against him through a collusion of the military and judicial forces.

“The man (Nawaz) who rid the country of power load shedding was sent home by four judges. Former chief justices Saqib Nisar and Asif Saeed Khosa were tools of the former army chief and his spy chief. Their crime is bigger than a murder offence. Giving them pardons will be an injustice to the nation. They don’t deserve pardon,” he mentioned in his speech.
