Karnataka Home Minister Dr G Parameshwara has reiterated that Prajwal Revanna, an accused in a sex-related controversy will be brought to book and justice served to victims.

He added that a notice was issued to him in this regard and he is required to submit himself before the authorities concerned in 24 hours. If at all he doesn’t come, there are legal ways to bring him back and that the government would pursue that.

At the same time, he mentioned that statements from victims were recorded and two more complaints were filed on Wednesday. Reiterating that the government is well aware of the seriousness of the issue as it involves the lives of many innocent women, the home minister noted that everything is being done in consonance with law.

The Prajwal Revanna case 

Last week, several sleazy videos of what is alleged to belong to Prajwal Revanna, were leaked in the public domain. It is reported that these videos, running into thousands, have visuals of several women in compromising position.

Revanna in Germany

Even as the nation debates and discusses the alleged ‘sexcapades’ issue, Prajwal is in Germany. As the allegations flew thick and fast, he took an early flight last week. Meanwhile, he put out a post on X, saying that he would return to India in 7 days and cooperate with the investigations.
