The recent proposal for a circular railway traversing the city has gained approval from the railway board. This development is particularly advantageous for residents in and around Doddaballapur road, Devanahalli, Malur, Solur, Nelamangala, as it facilitates convenient access to the city.

The availability of affordable plots in these areas allows individuals to acquire homes, opting for a tranquil lifestyle away from the bustling city, while still having the convenience of efficient train transportation for commuting to work.

In tandem with the circular railway, the Satellite Town Ring Road is playing a pivotal role in propelling the city’s growth. Extending approximately 281 km within Karnataka State and 45 km in Tamil Nadu, the Satellite Town Ring Road surpasses the lengths identified for the peripheral ring road and the existing Outer Ring Road.

Illustratively, comparing travel times between Tumakuru Road and Hosur Road, the NICE Road ensures a journey of less than an hour, whereas navigating through the city’s arterial road, spanning between the NICE Road junctions, might necessitate three to four hours.
