Raghu Darshan, suspect in kidnapping Renukaswamy also arrested

In a significant development, it has been revealed that Darshan’s close friend created a fake account to contact Renukaswamy through Darshan’s associates. This social media interaction led to a plan to bring Renukaswamy to Bengaluru. Raghu Darshan, also known as Raghavendra, who emerged as the main suspect in this kidnapping case has also been arrested. He allegedly abducted Renukaswamy from Chitradurga and transported him to Bengaluru.

Raghu Darshan, who holds the position of Chitradurga District President of the Akhil Karnataka Darshan Toogudeep Sena, is already in police custody. His close association with actor Darshan is well-documented, with photos of the two together, including at Raghu Darshan’s daughter’s birthday party, surfacing in the media. The investigation continues as police piece together the events leading to Renukaswamy’s tragic death.

Challenging star Darshan has already been arrested in connection with the murder of Renukaswamy, a native of Chitradurga. The Bengaluru Kamakshipalya police are conducting an intensive interrogation following allegations that Renukaswamy had been messaging actress Pavitra Gowda before his death. Pavitra Gowda reportedly warned Renukaswamy multiple times about his messages. The situation escalated and eventually caught Darshan’s attention.
