In a shocking incident, chants in praise of Pakistan raised in Vidhana Soudha

Slogans were raised by followers of Syed Naseer Hussain, a Congress candidate

HD Kumaraswamy questioned are these followers, followers of Congress or Pakistan?

In a shocking incident, chants in praise of Pakistan were raised in Karnataka’a Vidhana Soudha. This comes moments after Congress secured victory in the Rajya Sabha elections. The slogans were raised by the followers of Syed Naseer Hussain, a Congress candidate.

Shortly after the announcement of the Rajya Sabha election results, supporters of Syed Naseer Hussain were overheard chanting “Pakistan Zindabad” at the Vidhana Soudha. When NewsFirst team confronted him, he denied any such chants. However, NewsFirst learns that Hussain shut up one of the followers who raised ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogans.

Reacting strongly to such slogans, former Karnataka CM HD Kumaraswamy said, “No action has been taken against the person who shouted slogans in favour of Pakistan in Vidhana Soudha. Are these followers, followers of Congress or Pakistan?”

Vexed at being questioned over Pak Zindabad slogans, an arrogant Syed Naseer Hussain rudely pushes away the mic of a news channel. Perhaps he doesn’t realise the camera doesn’t lie!
