Rameshwaram blasts took place on March 1

Suspect travelled all the way from Tamil Nadu

The cap he wore was purchased from a mall there

The National Investigation Agency (NIA), which is probing the Rameshwaram Cafe blasts, has come up with a breakthrough. It’s come to light that the suspect travelled all the way from Tamil Nadu, planted the bomb and scooted.

Furthermore, it is revealed that the suspect stayed put in Tamil Nadu for two months. The investigating team has also zeroed in on another man, considered ‘most wanted’, who is also an accomplice.

Cap gives away the clue!

After having traced the path the suspect took in order to reach the cafe, the sleuths focused on the cap he wore. They have learned that the suspect purchased this cap from a mall in Tamil Nadu. They are also in possession of a CCTV footage that captures the faces of both the men involved in the crime.

Shivamogga link to the crime?

Sources inform that the two suspects hail from Karnataka’s Shivamogga and are speculated to be named Musaveer Hussain and Matin Taha.

The blasts

Two blats ripped Rameshwaram Cafe in Bengaluru on March 1 at 1: 07 pm when several techies had gathered to have their lunch. Such was the impact that they left 10 injured.

Though the cafe was shut after the blasts, it reopened on Mahashivaratri, with the singing of the national anthem.
