Actress Manisha Koirala has been spending a lot of time on her fitness. On her insta account, she put out a post, telling people on her next project, which is self-care.

She said, “People always ask me about my next project, hoping to hear about a big male celebrity co-star or a renowned director I’ll be working with. But I surprise them by saying I’m focused on looking after my well-being!”

The actress also pointed out that it is crucial to spend time on oneself, rather than just on work. 

She added, “As we grow in life, especially as women in our 50s, it’s crucial to understand that being busy with work isn’t everything, and the definition of work itself can expand. I’m currently working on myself—nurturing my body and soul, and pursuing happiness.” 

She also noted, “For many women in their 50s, this stage of life is an opportunity to prioritize self-care in a way we might not have before. Self-care is the most important project of all.” 

Her proclivity towards leading a salubrious life shows her will in dedicating enough time for herself.
