With the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) elections just weeks away, the Brijesh Patel camp formally entered the contest after a temple visit and special prayers in Bengaluru.
The race for the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) elections is heating up, with the Brijesh Patel-led camp officially entering the fray on Friday. With just a few weeks left for the high-stakes election scheduled on November 30, 2025, the group performed a traditional temple visit to mark the formal start of their campaign.
Early in the morning, Brijesh Patel and his team visited the Dodda Ganapathi Temple in Basavanagudi, where they offered prayers for success in the upcoming polls. The temple visit symbolised the official beginning of their election journey and unity within the camp.
The team features several prominent names, including veteran journalist Shantha Kumar, M.S. Vinay, B.K. Ravi, A. Shankar, E.S. Jairam, J. Abhiram, Jagannath, and Sanjay Paul, among others.
Brijesh Patel, a seasoned cricket administrator and former Indian cricketer, has long been a key figure in Karnataka cricket affairs. His group’s entry marks the start of an active campaign season as both camps prepare to court KSCA members for crucial votes.
