Sadiq had been evading authorities for over two weeks, with the search intensified by Delhi Police and NCB. The apprehended individuals in Delhi possessed 50 kg of pseudoephedrine, concealed in food items like health mix powder and desiccated coconut. Cooperation with New Zealand and Australian authorities ensued following intelligence from their customs and police indicating large pseudoephedrine shipments to both countries.
