    Tamil Super star Vijay Thalapathy is all set to launch his own political party

    Vijay Thalapathy will float his party soon ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha polls

    His party will reportedly be named Tamizhaga Munnetra Kazhagam (TMK)

Tamil Super star, Vijay, fondly called as Thalapathy, is all set to launch his own political party soon as per reports. This 49-year-old actor has already been elected as the President of his party and the party constituents have approached the Election Commission for registration.

It is said that Vijay will float his party ahead of the Lok Sabha polls and his party will reportedly be named Tamizhaga Munnetra Kazhagam (TMK).  He’s expected to release the symbol and other details of the party in the first week of February.

Vijay touted as the next Rajinikanth of Tamil cinema, is one of the bankable actors of the Tamil film industry. He has a huge mass following. Acting in 68 films till date, he’s has been nurturing political ambitions for over a decade. He has been involving his fan clubs in a range of charity and welfare measures including free distribution of food, educational scholarships, libraries, evening tuition, and even legal help.

His 68th movie ‘GOAT’, alongside director Venkat Prabhu, will reportedly be his last movie before he makes a grand entry into politics.
