Tragedy struck on a busy highway in Tamil Nadu as a car collided with a two-wheeler before flipping over and claiming the lives of five individuals. The harrowing incident occurred near Thirumangalam, close to Madurai, leaving the local community in shock.

The victims, identified as Kanagavel, his wife Krishnakumari, a relative named Nagajyoti, and an 8-year-old girl, were returning from a visit to Thalavaipuram temple when the accident transpired. The driver lost control of the vehicle while speeding along the Manikandam four-lane highway.

The car initially struck a two-wheeler on the left side of the road, resulting in the tragic death of the bike rider, identified as Pandi. Subsequently, the vehicle collided with a divider at high velocity, catapulting into the air before landing on the opposite side of the highway.
