Vivek consolidated 8449 votes and 3 delegates

This entire campaign is about speaking the TRUTH: Vivek

Trump had referred to Vivek as a talented and intelligent person in September 2023

One of the candidates for presidency from the Republican Party, founder of the biotechnology firm Roivant Sciences, 38-year-old Vivek Ramasamy suspended his campaign. In the Iowa caucuses, he managed to consolidate 8449 votes and 3 delegates. He was placed 4th behind former President Donald Trump, governor of Florida Ron DeSantis and former governor of South Carolina Nikki Haley. “Tonight, I have to face the truth. It was hard for me to accept, but we have looked at the facts. And the fact is, we did not get the result we hoped for tonight. As I’ve said since the beginning, there are two America first candidates in this race and I called Donald Trump to tell him that. I congratulated him on his victory and now going forward he will have my full endorsement for the presidency, and I think we’re gonna do the right thing for this country,” Vivek said after the result of the Iowa Caucuses.

Trump had referred to Vivek as a talented and intelligent person in September 2023. Vivek may be eyeing for a position in a hypothetical Trump government despite his disappointing performance. “This entire campaign is about speaking the TRUTH. I am enormously proud of this team, this movement, and our country,” Vivek posted on the microblogging site X (formerly known as Twitter).
