In a recent interaction on a YouTube channel, Shami confronted the issue head-on. He expressed his frustration at the individuals responsible for spreading such false news, urging people to be more responsible with their social media activity. "I urge everyone to be responsible with social media and refrain from spreading such unfounded news," he said.
Shami highlighted the potential harm of such rumours, noting that while memes and jokes might provide temporary entertainment, they can have serious repercussions when they involve someone's personal life. "It is weird and done purposely for some lame fun. But what can be done? If I open my phone then I could see those memes. But I would only like to say I think that memes are made for fun, but if they are related to someone's life, then you must think about it and then share such things," Shami stated.
