The final is scheduled to take place at 7:30 PM

RCB will face DC at the Arun Jaitley Stadium

DC were the runners-up in the previous edition

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) have more shot at having their dream fulfilled. There is just one more step in the ladder to achieving their first trophy in the 16 years since the Indian Premier League (IPL) commenced.  The RCB women’s team is making preparations to pose a tough challenge to Delhi Capitals (DC) in the final of the second edition of the Women’s Premier League (WPL).

The final is scheduled to take place at 7:30 PM on 17th March at the Arun Jaitley Stadium (formerly known as the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium) in Delhi. Star batter for the Indian team Smriti Mandhana will lead RCB in the final.

RCB despite having reached the final have a lot of gaps to be filled as far as team performance is concerned. Smrithi Mandhana, Ellyse Perry and Sophie Devine have not been performing consistently. The bowling has also not been on par with the batting. However, what matters most is the performance on a given day.

Delhi Capitals were the runners-up in the previous edition. They lost to Mumbai Indians by 7 wickets with 3 balls to spare in the 2022-2023 edition. They would also be having their fingers crossed to have a change in their fortune.
