HD Revanna has been ordered to be judicially arrested as his SIT custody period in the case of kidnapping a woman in Hassan concludes today.
Following the court ordering judicial custody till May 14 to former minister HD Revanna today, he will now be moved to Parappana Agrahara central jail.
The 17th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Court Judge, Ravindrakumar B. Kattimani, issued the significant order.
HD Revanna was produced before the court again today by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) officials. Advocate Murthy D. representing Revanna, argued before Judge Ravindrakumar. After considering the arguments, judge ordered judicial custody for HD Revanna until May 14.
This decision means that HD Revanna will be transferred to jail from today onwards in connection with the alleged kidnapping case.
