Touted to be a marketing app, many users were goaded into investing in it, on the promise that they would get phenomenal returns. Believing the promise, many unsuspecting customers invested in it. Initially, they did get some fabulous returns, but as they went on investing, little did they know that they would be taken for a ride one day.

When the victims approached those who introduced them to the app, the introducers too had the same story of betrayal and cheating to narrate.

After having lost several lakhs due to the deceit, the customers are left in the lurch.

One of the customers who spoke to NewsFirst Prime, said, “It is called IKEA money marketing app. It was introduced 3 months ago. I was asked to invest in it by one of my friends. Believing him, I invested Rs 620. I also received good returns. Later, I invested Rs 27000. I got good returns for it. When I invested huger sums, I stopped receiving any dividends. Later on, they asked us to invest higher sums in shorter durations. But to your dismay, we didn’t receive any dividends at all . We are cheated.”
