Light showers greeted the city on Wednesday, 22 October, as rain clouds continued to linger over Bengaluru. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert, warning residents of moderate rainfall and humid conditions till Sunday, 26 October.

Persistent showers have led to waterlogging in low-lying areas, resulting in traffic congestion on key routes. Commuters are advised to plan their journeys carefully and anticipate delays.
