Bengaluru’s iconic Cubbon Park is gearing up for a grand 11-day flower show featuring 25,000 pots, hundreds of stalls, and rare Indian and foreign flowers.
Bengaluru’s Cubbon Park is preparing to host a large-scale flower show from November 27 to December 7, bringing a new cultural attraction to the heart of the city. The Horticulture Department, which manages the event, aims to replicate the success of the famous Lalbagh Independence Day and Republic Day flower shows by offering a similar experience in this historic park.
This year’s edition is being organised to mark Children’s Day and Kannada Rajyotsava, and officials have indicated that the Cubbon Park flower show will become an annual tradition going forward.

A major highlight will be the display of 25,000 flower pots, specially prepared for the exhibition. Visitors can expect an extensive collection of Indian and international flower varieties, arranged across curated sections and thematic installations. The department has also planned hundreds of stalls, offering plants, gardening materials, food and handicrafts.
For smooth movement, the viewing route will stretch from the Jayachamarajendra Wadiyar statue up to Bal Bhavan, allowing visitors to explore the exhibits across a long, continuous path. The show will remain open from 6 AM to 7 PM every day.

While entry is currently free, the Horticulture Department is considering a modest ticket structure, ₹50 for adults and ₹10 for children, to manage crowds and maintain the exhibition.
