NCF has filed a complaint against Yash’s Toxic, alleging scenes insult Christianity and Saint Michael, with offensive content near a grave
Rocking Star Yash’s upcoming film Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups has landed in fresh controversy as the National Christian Federation (NCF) lodged a formal complaint against the movie. The Federation alleges that certain scenes in the film insult Christian faith and demean religious symbols.
According to NCF President Pradeep Kumar, the movie contains sequences that embarrass Christians, including depictions that insult the angel Saint Michael. The Federation further claims that a pornographic scene was filmed in front of a Christian grave, which they argue is deeply offensive and unacceptable.
The NCF has demanded that the filmmakers immediately remove the controversial scenes and delete related YouTube posts. Complaints have been submitted to the Film Industry Council, the Chief Secretary, the Home Minister, and the Censor Board. The Federation insists that the production team issue a public apology to the Christian community.

Warning of legal action, the NCF has stated that failure to comply will result in proceedings against the film. This development adds to the challenges already surrounding Toxic, which earlier faced FIRs over alleged illegal tree cutting during its shoot in Bengaluru.
With the film slated for release on March 19, the controversy has intensified scrutiny, raising questions about whether censorship or edits will be enforced before audiences get to see Yash’s much‑anticipated project.
