Sandeep Reddy Vanga reveals the first poster of Spirit on New Year, featuring a bruised Prabhas and an intense Triptii Dimri.
Filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga welcomed the New Year by unveiling the much-awaited first-look poster of his upcoming film Spirit, starring Prabhas and Triptii Dimri. The poster was released exactly at midnight, continuing Vanga’s tradition of making major announcements on New Year’s Day, a strategy he earlier followed during the promotions of his blockbuster film Animal.

The first look of Spirit immediately grabbed attention on social media for its raw and unfiltered visual tone. In the poster, Prabhas is seen standing shirtless with his back facing the camera. His body is marked with visible bruises and injuries, with bandages wrapped around his shoulder, back, and hands, suggesting a physically intense and emotionally charged character.
Sporting long hair, a heavy beard, and a thick moustache, Prabhas’ appearance has reminded many fans of Ranbir Kapoor’s rugged look from Animal, further strengthening the association with Vanga’s signature filmmaking style. Adding to the intensity, Triptii Dimri is seen lighting Prabhas’ cigarette, while he holds a glass of alcohol, hinting at a dark, gritty narrative.
Sharing the poster on social media, Prabhas simply wrote, “Here’s the first poster of #Spirit,” sending fans into a frenzy. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Spirit has already emerged as one of the most talked-about films, with the first look setting the tone for a hard-hitting cinematic experience.
