In a major convenience boost for passengers, advance KSRTC bus ticket booking can now be done at Bengaluru One and Karnataka One centres across the state.
Passengers in Karnataka will now find it easier to book KSRTC bus tickets, as a new offline booking facility has been introduced at Bengaluru One and Karnataka One service centres. The initiative has been launched to improve accessibility and offer greater convenience to travellers who may not prefer online platforms.
With this new arrangement, passengers can reserve advance KSRTC tickets not only through the official KSRTC website and mobile application, but also by visiting designated government service centres. The facility has been implemented through EDCS (Electronic Delivery of Citizen Services).

In Bengaluru city alone, the service is now available at 161 Bengaluru One centres, allowing residents to book tickets closer to their homes. Additionally, people in other parts of the state can access the facility at 1,021 Karnataka One centres located in district and taluk headquarters.
By integrating ticket booking with citizen service centres, KSRTC hopes to simplify the travel planning process for thousands of daily commuters and long-distance passengers.
The new system works alongside existing online options, meaning passengers can now choose between booking tickets via the KSRTC website, mobile app, or physical service centres, depending on their convenience.
