According to the details shared, the woman had placed an order for three packets of rat poison late at night through the Blinkit app. As per the order, the delivery executive collected the items and reached the woman’s residence to complete the delivery. However, the timing and nature of the order immediately raised suspicion in his mind.

When the woman opened the door to receive the delivery, the delivery executive noticed that she was visibly distressed and in tears. Her emotional state further confirmed his concern that the order may not be for routine use. Instead of handing over the rat poison, the delivery executive chose to act responsibly.

He spoke to the woman politely, respectfully, and calmly, gaining her trust. During the conversation, it became clear that the woman was going through severe emotional pain and personal distress.
