On a Coimbatore-Delhi flight, pilot Pradeep Krishnan addressed passengers directly, acknowledging the inconvenience caused over the past few days. His message, recorded by several travellers, has since gained attention for its sincerity.
“We understand what you are going through. You have been patient with us,” he told passengers, before adding that the crew too had been dealing with difficult circumstances. “We also want to go home. We have not gone on strike. A lot has happened recently, but we are here to take you safely to your destination,” he said.
