In a heart-wrenching turn of events, Neha, the 23-year-old daughter of Congress Corporator Niranjan Hiremath, met a tragic fate as she was fatally stabbed by her former classmate inside the premises of BVB College in Hubballi, Karnataka. The assailant, identified as Fayaz, also 23, relentlessly attacked Neha with a knife, as captured by the CCTV footage, before fleeing the scene.

Neha, a first-year Masters of Computer Applications (MCA) student at BVB College, succumbed to her injuries despite the prompt efforts of college authorities and fellow students to rush her to the hospital.
